Beach run!
Just got back from a 30 minute barefoot beach run. I went with a girl who is a tough-mudder. Thankfully, she only wanted to do a “light recovery run”. But a light recovery run for a tough-mudder is a pretty intense run for a novice runner. my calfs hurt… But in a good way.

This was an anxious weekend...

Tonight was Great!
3 Hour work out at the gym! I did: 1) 60 mins of weights, including bar squats, bench press, row, tricep pull down, and thigh press. 2) 60 mins of cardio- eliptical, stationary bike, and stairmaster. 3) 30 mins of Abs- crunches, reverse crunches, leg- lowers (?). 4) 20 mins of serious stretching, yoga status.
