Beach run!
Just got back from a 30 minute barefoot beach run. I went with a girl who is a tough-mudder. Thankfully, she only wanted to do a “light recovery run”. But a light recovery run for a tough-mudder is a pretty intense run for a novice runner. my calfs hurt…
But in a good way.

Yesterday I did two and a half hours of yoga- one hour with my girl friends in the park, and the rest at yoga class on campus. I also had my morning weight lifting workout, so when I woke up this morning, I could barely move. This was an anxious weekend...
Even though I went out with two girl friends and had mucho de fun partying until 3am Friday night, spent all day Saturday with my loving BF, and then went to an amazing concert Sunday, I still was feeling depressed and alone by Sunday night. Tonight was Great!
3 Hour work out at the gym! I did:
1) 60 mins of weights, including bar squats, bench press, row, tricep pull down, and thigh press.
2) 60 mins of cardio- eliptical, stationary bike, and stairmaster.
3) 30 mins of Abs- crunches, reverse crunches, leg- lowers (?).
4) 20 mins of serious stretching, yoga status.
Okay, so it was almost 3 hours. But now I’m sore in the best way possible- so...
